All personnel are SIA-approved, fully licensed, and insured. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information required for service delivery

• Ensure a safe working environment for our staff

• Comply with all legal obligations relevant to the premises or event

• Not request staff to perform duties outside legal or SIA regulations

• Notify us immediately of any incidents, hazards, or changes

5. Pricing & Payment
 

• All pricing is provided via quotation or contract

• Payment terms are outlined in your invoice or agreement

• Late payments may result in additional charges or service suspension

• Additional hours or changes may be charged separately

6. Cancellations & Refunds
 

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing

• Cancellations within 48 hours may incur charges

• No refunds for completed services

• Prepaid refunds are assessed case-by-case

7. Staffing & Conduct
 

• All staff are SIA licensed and vetted

• We reserve the right to replace personnel if required

• Clients must not hire or approach our staff privately without written consent

8. Incident Reporting

All incidents are recorded by our staff. Reports may be provided upon request, subject to data protection laws.

9. Key Holding & Alarm Response
 

• Keys are securely stored

• We are not liable for faulty alarm systems or third-party equipment

• Response times may vary depending on conditions

10. Liability & Insurance
 

• We hold full public and employer’s liability insurance

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

• Liability is limited to the value of the service provided

• We are not responsible for losses due to client negligence or unsafe premises

11. Intellectual Property

All materials and branding remain the property of Hinch Security Ltd unless agreed otherwise in writing.

12. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

13. Data Protection

We comply with UK GDPR and all relevant data protection laws.

14. Termination

We may terminate services immediately if:

• Terms are breached

• Working conditions are unsafe

• Illegal activity is suspected

Clients may terminate services in line with our cancellation policy.
